1:1 Health Coaching
I offer a three month program designed to help you lose weight the healthy way and improve your gut function. This is not a quick fix or crash diet. It’s a lifestyle change and will bring you better results long term.
What’s Included?
Free 30 minute initial consulation
First 50 minute session to establish goals, your current mindset around food, stress, exercise, and current state of your gut health.
Follow up 50 minute weekly sessions (online) to create new healthy lifestyle habits & nutritional changes to help you reach your goals.
Additional Support
Recipes, journaling, handouts, homework, and messaging directly with me between sessions as needed to support you.
