As a Pilates Instructor and mother of three, staying active always kept my weight in check. But at 46, things changed. Clothes tightened, jeans didn't button, and exercise didn't prevent weight gain. Bloating and discomfort became daily issues. On vacation, seeing unhealthy photos affected my confidence. Old methods failed, and frustration grew. My mom's struggles taught me that without a solution, 10 pounds could become 20 or 30.

I educate myself on nutrition and realized that being healthy is more than just what we eat. Focusing on lifestyle helped me lose weight and improve digestion. Now, I listen to my body and enjoy working out. As a health coach, I help other moms lose weight, increase energy, and regain confidence.

1:1 Health Coaching

I offer a three month program designed to help you lose weight the healthy way and improve your gut function. This is not a quick fix or crash diet. It’s a lifestyle change and will bring you better results long term.

What’s Included?

Free 30 minute initial consulation

First 50 minute session to establish goals, your current mindset around food, stress, exercise, and current state of your gut health.

Follow up 50 minute weekly sessions (online) to create new healthy lifestyle habits & nutritional changes to help you reach your goals.

Additional Support

Recipes, journaling, handouts, homework, and messaging directly with me between sessions as needed to support you.
